Explore the arguments in depth.

Peter Herder’s book projects bring sustained biblical study to questions about Babylon, the Beast, Antichrist, and humanity’s technological future. Each work develops its own argument and can be read independently.

Babylon 2.0

The Final City and Gateway to the Gods

From the city on the plains of Shinar to the final Babylon of Revelation, this revised edition traces humanity’s ambition to build a kingdom apart from God. It examines the case for a future literal city, the Harlot’s character and bloodguilt, and the judgment that vindicates God’s people.

The study also explores transhumanism and the pursuit of technological transcendence. Its gateway hypothesis is presented as an interpretive possibility, distinct from established science and from the explicit claims of the biblical text.

The Techno-Futurist Eschatological Perspective

An Exegetical and Theological Reassessment of the Beast, Antichrist, and the End of the Age

A technical and theological study for serious Christians, pastors, and students of Scripture. The book examines Daniel, the teaching of Jesus and Paul, and Revelation, developing a technological interpretive framework for the final rebellion.

Its working thesis considers the First Beast as a governing order empowered by artificial superintelligence and the False Prophet as the human Antichrist. The argument invites readers to examine the proposed framework through careful exegesis, theological reasoning, and the distinction between biblical teaching and technological hypothesis.
