Watch

Examine the times. Remain faithful to Christ.

Watch is Babylon Singularity’s primary contribution to the body of Christ: biblical discernment, research, responsible warning, and transparent examination of the claims shaping our world.

Begin with Scripture

Biblical prophecy belongs within the whole counsel of God. We study passages in their literary and historical settings, compare Scripture with Scripture, and ask how their teaching equips Christians to remain faithful. Emerging technology raises important questions, but Scripture sets the terms of the discussion.

Three areas of inquiry

Biblical prophecy & theology

Study Daniel, the teaching of Jesus, the apostolic writings, and Revelation. Examine the Beast, Antichrist, Babylon, judgment, endurance, and the hope of Christ’s return.

Artificial intelligence & emerging technology

Examine artificial intelligence, brain-computer interfaces, transhumanism, and technological systems of power. We distinguish existing capabilities from projections and test theological implications without treating speculation as established fact.

Global developments & discernment

Consider changes in government, economics, culture, and religious life with attention to sources, context, and consequences for the Church. We evaluate events carefully and resist the pressure to make every headline fulfill a prediction.

How we handle claims

Scripture: what the biblical text explicitly teaches.
Interpretation: the argument for how a passage should be understood.
Hypothesis: a proposed connection that must be tested.
Evidence: the sources and observations supporting a claim.

Disagreement calls for careful argument and Christian charity. A compelling possibility is still a possibility, and confidence must remain proportionate to the evidence.

Accountability belongs to watching

When we make a specific prediction, it should be dated, stated clearly, and accompanied by the reasons for it. As outcomes become known, the record should show what occurred, what did not, and what needs correction. Our Predictions & Accountability register sets out the hypotheses and criteria for that review.
